Generally, you can't. You would need some kind of tuner, or streaming device/application. With that said, its possible to watch some of your TV "shows" by using either Cox TV Connect or one of the Premium sites like HBO Go. Its not live though, and the number of stations is limited, but thats the best your going to get without paying extra.
