Tulsa Cable Guide Music Choice channels 898 and 899 are reversed

Tulsa Cable Guide Music Choice channels 898 and 899 are reversed on both of my Cox Motorola DVR boxes..  I've called Cox tech support many times over the last month about this problem and rebooted my box repeatedly  but  the channel guide screw up on channels 898 and 899 is never fixed.  Hellooo Cox.  Are you there?
