True Detective On Demand - where is episode 8?
We have watched the first 7 episodes of True Detective on HBO On Demand, but the 8th episode season finale is not listed and we cannot find it. Any help?

Is this episode missing in both the HD and SD version?

Sorry, should have been more specific in the first place. We watched in HD and didn't see an episode 8 listed. A day later we found it was listed in the SD so we watched that (better than no D at all.) Is there a reason for it not being in the HD? Thanks.
