My daughter's primary use home email is one that is running on my personal account. Now that she's married and moved away, but still with Cox, is it possible for me to transfer her account to their account? If so, how so and whom do I have to contact to get it done?

This is something that our technical support can do. To do it there are basically two part to this. The first part is a policy and procedural issue, we would need to verify that we are working with individuals authorized to make changes on each billing account involved. Once that is accomplished, the technical side of the problem comes into play. We would simply delete the email from your account and create it as new on hers. Because the account would be betting deleted the contents of the email would not be preserved which may be an issue depending on how you access the email now. If you use email software connecting using POP3 sessions the email is downloaded to the email program and not held on the server.
