Tivo and On Demand
Last year (2015) On Demand started working on my Tivos in Sept. Stopped working around the end of Dec, 2015. Did not work again until two weeks ago. Worked for about 9 days on one Tivo then stopped working again. Gives me message "Problem with your account. (V204). Everything else was working on the Tivo (Netflix, Amazon, youtube, etc.). Called Customer Support on 8/24/2016 and when they were finished doing their tests, had no cable service and they sent a tech. the next day and restored everything but on demand. I don't know what to do next. One of the forums said code necessary for TIVO/Cox on Demand was OD4TIVO. Is this something I input somewhere or does cox do this. Thanks for any help you can give me.

What model TiVo do you have? Cox On Demand for TiVo is available for customers with the TiVo BOLT, TiVo Premier, TiVo Roamio, or TiVo mini IP. Are you still getting error code V204, or are you getting something different now?

TiVo is switching Guide data providers, and there are some issues with Cox OnDemand if your TiVo has been updated to the new Rovi Guide Data.
The easiest way to determine if your TiVo has been updated to Rovi data is to look at the program descriptions, if every program description ends in an Asterisk (*) then you have Rovi data,
This is most likely a TiVo issue, but it would be very helpful if Cox and TiVo could work together to figure out what exactly the problem is.

Please post whether or not your Cox OnDemand is working after the Rovi Update.
If not, please post a picture of the Error message(s) you are receiving.
And whether you accessed the content from the Cox OnDemand App itself or from a link (Launchpoint) from Search, My Shows, or Explore this show > Episodes.

TiVo updated/converted their guide data a few days ago. Since that happened people across the country are reporting that Cox On Demand no longer works (gets the error you describe). I noticed last night that it wasn't working for me.

Rat is correct. Since the TiVo update, customers trying to access Cox On Demand are getting a V204 error. Our video engineers are working with TiVo to resolve this as quickly as we can. I'm sorry! I'll let you know if I receive further updates or info.

Hi Everyone,
I'm told that TiVo released a patch around 9:30pm last night. Rather than simply power cycling your TiVo, manually initiate a connection to the TiVo service. You may have to do this twice to ensure you have the latest firmware. (From TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Network > Connect to the TiVo service now.)
Then, reboot/power cycle the TiVo before trying to access Cox On Demand content. Please let me know what happens so I can update our video engineers. Thanks!

Cox OnDemand did start working again, however after testing several programs, I started receiving the following Error message on all content and on all 3 TiVo DVRs, I had to reboot the TiVo again in order for Cox OnDemand to work again.
I will attempt to reproduce this, and report back the steps if I can reproduce it.

I've tried the fix below, but still not able to access on demand. I had technician from Cox come out and he said that because I have a Contour 2 (receiver only- no DVR) in the other room, it causes a conflict which makes my on demand not work on my tivo/cable card set up in our living room.
Any advice? And now since they tech came out, my premium channels don't work on my tivo either. It says they're unauthorized.
