Tiling
My TV is tiling on all channels. I have turned off the box and the TV several times and gone through the reset on the phone. What do I do now?

Same problem here, we're in Oceanside near the mission. Both TVs with the tuning adaptor frequently alternating between tiling and "searching for a signal" message. Have re-booted both tuning adaptors, but problem persists. COX - is there a signal problem in our area?

I know how aggravating it is to try to watch something while the picture keeps tiling. Have you checked all of your connections to ensure that everything is finger tight as possible? If so, can you unscrew the coax cable that goes into your cable box, unplug the power, leave both connections out for about 2 minutes then reconnect them? You want to screw the cable back on finger tight as possible first, then plug in the power. Also, do you know if you have any splitters connected to the cable line going into your cable box? If so, I recommend bypassing the splitter and connecting the cable directly to the wall to see if you are still having this issue. Let us know if this helps.

There has not been any reported issues. I would recommend checking all of your cable connections to ensure everything is tight and secure. Do you have a splitter connecting the cable lines going into the adapters? If so can you eliminate the splitter to see if you are still having this issue?
