Recently using a Netalyzr developed by Berkley, I discovered cox has been throttling my data transfers. After contacting cox tech, nothing has changed. I would like to get this issue resolved.


Has any cox subscriber had a positive outcome resolving this issue dealing directly with cox and whom did you speak?


All info on cox throttling resolutions usually surface after a complaint is filed with the FCC which i am in the process of drafting. Hope this gets resolved soon.
