The Strain episode 212 skipped

So it's been a week and The Strain episode 212 is STILL not available but 213 is.  The Cox tech support guy referred my to another company "In Demand" which apparently handles this stuff but going to their web site it is not readily apparent who to contact.  It seems like the original promise to make shows available within 24 hrs is obviously out the window because it' frequently takes several days.  I don't want a dvr because it would not be cost effective for as often as we'd use it, and besides we're already paying for the so called on demand service.  Guess I can watch it on line but if I pay for something it needs to be available.
