The ringer on my mothers phone has the ringer turned off, so how do I turn it back on?

My mother somehow turned her ringer off on her phone.  I was trying to turn it back on.  Does anyone know the menu option that I need to use?

Of course, that would be a setting on her phone.  What's the make and model of the telephone?

Hi Gary,

Bruce is correct. Once you determine the make and model of the phone, you can probably find a Users Guide for the phone online. The two websites below are not associated with Cox services, but have been helpful to me in the past. You should be able to find instructions to reactivate the ringer!
