Just wanted to say thanks to Mark B who works in Atlanta. Between the FCC issues and prices increase and a camp ending, I has a appointment to install FIOS. But Mark saved me as a customer, so THANK YOU. Switching to FIOS with a family of technically incompetents would have been a nightmare.

Get DOCSIS 3.1 and IPv6 to RI? We used to be the Data COE but now West Coast gets everything first. I know there is nothing you can do about it, so I was just teasing. Atleast I didn't ask for the lottery ticket number...that joke is old!
On a more serious point, who can/should I contact to thank everyone involved for their help?
