Syfy channel not loading On Demand

I tried it here and didn't experience any problems.  When I look at your box status from this end however the signal levels look poor.  I would check the connection to ensure they're all hand tight then try disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting and trying again.  If you still have issues it may be necessary to arrange for a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.
