Swap broken Dvr at Service Center?
My Dvr has crashed. Can I just brung it in to a Service Center and get a replacement? It's the Cisco box that records 2 shows at a time.

Unfortunately they wouldn't do the exchange. I took my unit in but they said I had to schedule a service call. That's a real bummer as now I'm with out TV until a tech can come out which isn't for a few days.
