Further, to my previous posts: About a year ago, I took a survey and then received an email with the access code for a gift card a short time later, hence, my query regarding the Jan 9 survey.

I did not receive an email. The only information that I saw was contained in the original invite for the survey; I believe it was an email with a statement indicating that I would receive a gift card within 14 days of survey completion.

I have check all of my folders with no luck.
If the survey was legit, I have apparently assumed incorrectly that my participation can be traced by the card issuer.
