Super HD and Open Connect

I stream movies from Netflix and notice that many of these movies advertise Super HD (1080p).  I am using two devices to stream:  a Samsung 2012 model smart TV and Roku 2XS.  It is my understanding that Cox Roanoke must be utilizing a service known as Open Connect in order to stream Super HD.  Does anyone know if they do so?  Thanks in Advance!!
