Sports Pak 2 what is the scoop?
Is the new "Sports Pak 2" replacing the current "Sports & Info Pak" and Cox is moving the Info type channels to the Variety Pak, or is Cox keeping the Sports & Info Pak as is, Some of the channels announced for new "Sports Pak 2" are already in the "Sports & Info Pak"
The notice I saw also said that the "Sports Pak 2" was only available w/ Contuor (Plus Pak) or CableCARDs, I assume they will all be MPEG-4, is that correct?
Also is this taking place across all markets or just some? Here in Arizona, the Pac-12 Network is not even in the Sports & Info Pak it is in Essential.
And what about FXX, is it being moved along with this change?

Other than Fox Soccer being rebranded FXX I'm not aware of any other changes in the immediate future. The channels do have distintly different formats so that may come up during the next retransmission negotiation. As for the Sports Pak 2 I do recall seeing some mention of that being tested in a few markets as a additional video product tier.
