Speed

So Cox made a big deal about how fast their internet service is, and are now saying they are doubling it. They made the mistake of putting a speed test on Cox Connection. I am paying for 100mbps Premier Service and their test cannot get above 25mbps up and 12 mbps down. I was doing better than that 10 years ago. My friend has been telling me how good FIOS is, so maybe I'll switch. I'm reading lots of people with the same issue on this forum, so I think it is not just an isolated problem. I feel like I am being ripped off for who knows how long.
