Speed not even close
Pay for 100 mb/s only get 35 and rarely but sometimes 50-60

- What modem/router or gateway do you have.
- How are you testing, wired or wireless?
- If wireless, can you test with a wired 1Gbps connection? Please post results.
Most of the people here are customers like you. We don't have access to your account and don't know anything about your setup. All we can do is guess until you post some details, thanks.

What type of modem do you have? Are you using wired or a wireless connections? We can do some investigating for issues, can you email the account information to cox.help@cox.com?

I have the same problem. I'm using wired on both computers one with 1Gbps connection and the other not. I get the same results. Anywhere from 20-60 Now on my cell phone that is connecting wireless will at times get 100mbs or more, but most of the time it is as bad as the computers. I have Arris SB6190 modem and Linksys EA8500 router.

It might be worth trying to test without the router and see if you get the same results.
