SPAM from the U.K.
How do I stop the U.K. SPAM before it reaches my mailbox? Why am I suddenly on their lists?

Is it from the same domain? How do you know their from UK? I don't think Cox offers block by IP or region, but you can use domains and wildcards. See here for more info. Also found this link.
If your using a client instead of webmail, then it will depend on your client and firewall options. Please advise and I can give more info.
