slow download and page speeds

I have been having problems with speed for a few weeks. On occasion I would notice buffering which would last more than a minute while watching some shows off of my Roku box.

I have not run any tests but ask if you could check my acct and tell me what my speeds should be, and test my line to see if they match.

I have a Scientific American modem, sn=212774056.
