I have reset the modem, router and computers.

modem info

Model Name: SB6121
Vendor Name: Motorola
Firmware Name: SB612X-1.0.5.1-SCM00-NOSH
Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.
Hardware Version: 5.0

we have 3 computers and several game consoles but they are not all on at the same time. This time last year on the premier package we had no problem with having the 3 comps on and playing online games at the same time. we were getting the same speeds as now.

If you connect directly to the modem, what do the speed tests show? Signal levels look on point. Also, what is ultimate in your area? 100Mb down and 20Mb up? Last, as a general tip, you would be better off with the SB6141 since it can bond on 8 channels, unlike the SB6121 that can only bound on 4. More channels means more possible bandwidth.

connection is the same connected to my computer. the package is 150 Mbps download speeds
20 Mbps upload speeds in my area. I just bought this modem and router 6 mths ago.

Not saying the modem is your problem, just saying it could be. I think they recently upgraded the speeds in LOU so congestion could be a issue and the SB6121 is not suggested for Ultimate, see here.

With that said, your data also shows some high uncorrectables on Channel 2. Its hard to say if thats a problem though without knowing more context. All the other data seems to show no other problems.

Last, have you seen any real world performance issues? Maybe the test itself is not working correctly? I wouldn't call 60Mb slow, more then enough to load a webpage faster then you can snap your fingers, so what lead you to check? Downloads? Streaming? Gaming?

What got me to checking is when my family starts gaming  on the computers everyone start lagging. i do speed test then and its down to 20 mbs, We pay over 100 for the 150 and should not be lagging . If 1 person is gaming and another wants to watch netflix on the tv they both lag, downloads that took 20 mins now take over 2hrs,

the sb6121 has Data Transfer Rate Up to 222.5 Mbps so that should be enough.

It sounds like a traffic management issue on your router based on what you have said. So perhaps there are two issues; not getting the full 150/20 and a issue with your router or network. Think of the bandwidth Cox offers you like the water pressure coming into your house. The more water you use in one room, the less the water pressure will be in another room. So for internet to get slower when your using it is normal. How much it slows down is the real issue. A decent router will have both the ability to throttle, cap and monitor internet going through it, so you will know not only how much your using, but by which devices.

The second issue would be what your getting direct from the modem. Could you go direct to the modem and do a speed test and show the results?
