So over the past few weeks we've been getting severe (50-75%) packet loss at various times throughout the day, this becomes exponentially worse throughout the weekend (i.e. I've had roughly 5-6 separate 30 minute to an hour long stretches, all during "prime" time) Any time I call into Cox support while the issue is on-going they can visibly see my modem going on and off the network for no reason whatsoever. We always end up re-provisioning the modem, which will at least temporarily alleviate the problem. I have a technician coming out on Tuesday, and I can rattle off tracert information and pinging for packet loss all day long, but I was wondering if there was anything else you guys could recommend me finding out to make his time here as efficient as possible (Because I fully expect the signal to be working fine when he's here, just because of my luck)

It is not a wifi error as it is effecting the hardwired computer just as much as the myriad of wi-fi devices in the house, additionally I'm using a relatively (3ish months) old combo router/modem from Cox itself. When the packet loss begins in full I run a tracer to cox.net to see where the signal does/does not go.
The last tracert I ran shows the following
