Set Amount of Rings ?

Hi Junnee,

You can change the number of rings before calls will roll to voicemail by following the steps below. You can choose any number between 2 rings up to 9 rings.

1. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
2. On the handset, press *78. You'll hear a stutter tone and then a regular dial tone.
3. Press any number between two and nine. (This number is how many times the phone will ring before rolling to voicemail.)
4. If the number of rings option has been successfully changed, you'll hear two fast busy signals.
5. Hang up the phone.
