Server not working?

I cannot log onto the Internet. Message reads server issue. Also, the ap is expericing technical difficulties. Will this be resolved shortly? Thank you, Scott

What is the error exactly? What modem/gateway do you have? Is it online and/or have all the correct lights on it? Last, what app?

Modem is working. All lights are on. Message reads server stopped responding. I reset the modem. Still not working. The app is cox connect.

Also, what model modem do you have? Do you have a router connected to it? If so, which?
