Sending eMails
I don't know what has happened but I can not send eMails. I have had this same email for over 10 years and all of a sudden I can't send eMails. What has happened? Thank you, James Dunn

I have a few questions. Are you experiencing difficulties with sending email through Webmail? What mail client are you using and do you experience this issue on multiple devices? What error do you receive when trying to send?

NicholeC, I am not having any trouble with other sites. Just COX eMail program. I am using Mac Mail. But, all of a sudden it has started working again. I have not changed anything in settings. I have had this happen before but for short periods of time. Has Cox made any changes?
Any way, bottom line is every thing seems to work now.

There have not been any changes with the outgoing servers recently, please let us know if you run into any other issues.

THIS IS A TOTAL LIE. AT LEAST 12 PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED PROBLEMS SUDDENLY SURFACING WITH MAC MAIL THIS WEEK. IT IS BAD ENOUGH THAT COX REFUSES TO FIX THE EMAIL PROBLEMS, BUT WHEN MODERATORS LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. AT LEAST SOME OF YOUR COLLEAGUES ADMIT THAT THERE ARE PROBLEMS - WITHOUT SOLUTIONS.
