Second Request for Help

Hi, I use Classic Email and need help with a really annoying problem. When I type a response to an email and it takes more than about three minute I find that I am automatically logged off and I loose the outgoing email that I just finished. It is so bad that I have gotten into the habit of copying my outgoing email before I select the "send" button so I won't loose it. Unlike other websites like Banks or Credit Cards, I don't get any warnings telling me that I am about to logged out and asking if I wish to remain logged in. This is extremely frustrating and I have complained about it in the past with no luck. Please tell me what I can do to increase my time for typing email responses and not be automatically logged out without any warning. Thank you.

Hi dfw7849,

The Lock-Out feature is to protect your account from being compromised. There are a couple of options you have as a work around. You can use the "Save Draft" button on the top of the composed email to save a copy in the Draft Folder. Your other option is to use an email client. Most computers and devices have a default email client you can set up and use. Click here for Email Client Settings. Let me know if this helps.
