Why is season 3 & 4 of game of thrones missing on HBO Demand?

Its killing me…why did this happen and how can I get it back to watch?

I will email Maria. Season 3 & 4 are back this morning but Season 3 episodes 1,2,3,5 and Season 4 episode 7 are still missing.
