Our new remotes have an active "HD Zoom" button. You can hit the button until the picture looks the way you'd like. If you have an older silver remote, you can take it to your nearest Solution Store and swap it out.

If the user is using TRIO 1.1.18.1, the "HD Zoom" button will only "stretch" the video, not "zoom" it. Hopefully, TRIO 2 will correct this problem.
