sb6183 channel bonding 4x4

I need my modem set to 16x4 channel. 16 download and 4 upload. Currently I am getting 92 mbps download 7 upload and have the COX ULTIMATE Internet plan.I have read numerous cox forums regarding a manual setting be placed by a cox tech and the setting saved and sent to my modem. Can someone help me?!? I have been on the phone with numerous Cox employees not knowing what I was asking for them to do and was told to just unplug the router or they manually reset it without adding the proper channel adjustment. #ColleenD from cox if you are out there PLEASE HELP!!
