Renewing McAfee Subscription
My Cox provided McAfee subscription has expired, It tries to send me to Mcafee, but I get redirected to the Cox page. I can't find anything there on renewals. Do I have to uninstall and download it again?

The best thing to do at this point is uninstall Cox Security Suite Powered by McAfee. Once uninstalled, follow the Activate/Renew/Install procedures found at http://bit.ly/Activate-or-RenewCoxSecuritySuite_McAfee. Please let us know if you are successful!
