Recording non-subscribed channels in Trio (Contour)

There is a minor glitch in Trio (Contour) which permits the scheduling of a recording of a non-subscribed channel. When time for this recording arrives, Trio (Contour) acts as if it is recording normally (red circle without check appears), and one tuner is unusable for other purposes. It is not until after the recording ends that any hint is given of a problem is given: The program appears in the "Missed Recordings" section.

It would be nice if Trio (Contour) warned the user that he/she was trying to schedule a recording of a non-subscribed channel before he/she ties up a tuner for 2-hours.
