How do I set up my account so I receive email on all of my devices (Outlook on my computer, iPhone and iPad). As it is now, the email randomly goes to one device or another, not all three. For example, I might receive an email on my iPhone but the same email does not go to my computer's Outlook, or vice-versa. Is this because of IMAP - if so, how do I switch to POP? Thanks!

If one of the mail programs is setup for Pop still it would cause problems with IMAP so you may want to check that both the Iphone, IPAD and Outlook are set to use IMAP for receiving first, if one is not you would want to change it over to IMAP. If they are setup the same then you can go back to the pop.cox.net servers but you will want to make sure that each device is set to leave a copy of messages on the server otherwise the issue would continue with the symptoms you are having.

All the devices are setup for IMAP. How do I make sure that each device is set to leave a copy of the message on the server, or is that something you can only do with POP?
Thanks,

The leave a copy settings would be for Pop only. With IMAP the mail programs will sync with the server and not download messages off of it. By default Pop will download and remove servers from the server so only that program will see the messages.
