Noooo.... you are not having the same issue we're handling in that thread, so I split it here. Your signals are way off. And since you're at a -20dB downstream signal and the next active unit at #180 is at a -9 RX, this doesn't look like a system issue either.

We're going to have to recommend you check for loose or damaged connections, but if that doesn't help, a service call is going to be required.
