Problems getting to Enhanced Webmail
For the last few months, when I log into my webmail, it no longer automatically goes to Enhanced Webmail. Most of the time, I am allowed to choose which one I want to use, but other times, I am automatically taken to the Classical Webmail screen. Why does the system no longer remember my preferences? I have not changed anything on my computer, so I am not sure where to start looking.

This preference is not stored. We've had a few customers report problems with not being prompted to choose however the system is setup to where if your account is eligible to access enhanced you'll be prompted each time.
