problem with firefox vx cox

When I click the firefox icon I am redirected to a cox error message that says  sorry index jhtml cannot be found.  When I click the + sign at the top of the screen to open a new tab I get the same thing.  

This started immediately after  I downloaded a program called weatherlink.    I suspect Ask.com is involved.

I can find neither in the uninstall program tool in the control panel.
