Problem Signing in to Cox Cloud Drive for Mac

Whenever I input user name and password, it is rejected. I read the requirements for the password: only 8 digits, use at least one number, one symbol, a capital letter, which I followed.

Are there restrictions for user name, which I could not find any requirements for?

Please help. I can't log in, even though it is activated on sitting on my desktop.
