I have a Cisco DPQ3925C router, and I am having trouble getting port forwarding to work. I get the error: "the setting of port must between 1~65535: 0".
I followed the instructions from here:
http://www.cox.com/wcm/en/business/datasheet/CBIG_Admin_Guide_v6.pdf
I have a static IP and port set up that I want to forward that is not on the block list. I have spent many hours trying different things, and several hours on the phone with COX, but no luck.
List of blocked ports:

COX HOME NETWORK MANAGER:
For anyone wondering why they cannot access the home network manager on the COX website is because they are removing it. I was told by COX that for some reason they have not removed it from the website yet.

I'm trying to forward Port 49164 with a static IP address for a camera. I can view the camera locally in my web browser, but cannot seem to get port forwarding to work. I can change the port if this one will not work. I have tried several port numbers, but no luck. I have tried a new external port number with 49164 and that did not work either. I attached a screen shot.

I see a blank entry on the 4th line down under External End Port. If you fill that with a zero will it work?

As long as the port that you are using is not on our blocked ports list there should be no issue with the way you set everything up. You would have to troubleshoot based on the errors that you are getting, that would help determine better where the issue is. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with setting up and troubleshooting port forwarding issues.
