I am very unhappy with the fact that I have a HD TV and every week I can't watch the NFL games in HD and I have to go down to the none HD channels to watch the football games and I am spending in excess of $200.00 per month with you guys. If I can't get satisfaction I will look for an alternative.

I don't understand. Why do you have to go to the non-HD channels to watch football? What happens on the HD ones?

There was an issue with the FOX feed yesterday that affected multiple providers across several states. Folks reported that the HD channel wasn't broadcasting the football game in HD (even though the commercials were in HD) and that the picture was tiling and blurry. I'm so sorry this interfered with your enjoyment of yesterday's games! If something like this happens again, please let us know.
