PIP

I have the original Contour DVR converter in my living room, and from time to time when I attempt to watch "On Demand" in the middle of the program the converter switches to PIP and displays the "On Demand" picture as the small PIP picture in the upper right hand side of the screen and whatever channel the converter was on before I watching ”On Demand” it displays as the large picture. I've tried every button on the remote and nothing helps except a hard reboot of the converter. I've switched out converters and I'm still having the problem. This problem only happens when I try to watch “On Demand”.

I logged onto you website and went to the internet forum and keyed in PIP and saw that I'm not the only customer this has happened to.

With the amount of customer this has affected and that he problem has been going on for more than a year don't you think it's about time that this problem gets corrected.
