Pink screen with Panasonic TV...
Would just like to take this opportunity to report that I'm getting a pink tint on my tv screen after using the mini box for about 3 weeks. When I first installed it with my 2009 Panasonic tv I recall seeing this pink tint. Also, another aggervating thing about this mini box is that it takes about 1 minute for the signal to appear on my tv.
Like others the problem is resolved when you unplug everything then plug it back in. But who wants to deal with that. Also, saw something about CEC and HDMI, blah, blah, blah. Maybe I'll look at that.
why can't the stupid mini box just work!

I know the transition to all-digital has been frustrating for some of our customers, and I truly apologize for this added stress! Do you have your mini box connected to your TV via an HDMI cable? We have received other reports about a pink tint and have been able to resolve the issue in each situation.
Unplug the HDMI cable from your TV and connect it to a different HDMI port on the TV. Does the pink tint change or go away completely? If not, swap the HDMI cable with another cord to see if a different HDMI cord resolves the pink tint. Does your TV support 1080i? If not, try changing the video output format of the mini box to 720p. Please let us know if any of these suggestions resolves the pink tint. If the issue persists, we can schedule a service call for you.
