When the Phone caller list is displayed some of the names do not match the phone numbers of the caller who called why?

I replied to your thread at http://forums.cox.com/forum_home/tv_forum/f/4/t/18663.aspx and requested that you email our team. In your email, also include the names and numbers that don't match the TV Caller ID display so we can investigate what's happening.
