Phone app does not let me log into Cox Cloud Drive, but browser does?

I can log into Cox Cloud Drive via a web browser. The app however seems to think my correct information is incorrect.

Android App.

I noticed a bunch of these questions are marked as "solved" when in fact they aren't. Such as:

I wanted to ask this question there, but since they are falsely labeled as being resolved they are locked.

With the login working for the browser/Cox site the primary account should be fine, the issue would be with the App itself. Is it not even loading to the login screen or just giving a error with the user name and password when using the App?

It gives an error of: Your username of password is invalid. Please try again.

Then there is an "Accept" button. Not sure why that is the word that goes on an acknowledgement button?

Hi suprchunk,

I apologize for the delay, we know it's not an issue with the password since the login works on the website.  I think it would be best to  escalate o the Cloud Drive Support team at 800-923-7580.
