Phoenix area - suddenly dropped from new ~50 Mbps back down to ~25, and no channel bonding?

Hello, I am in the Phoenix area... back on 7/21, I had chatted with a support agent who said our speeds would indeed double shortly and to check back the next morning.  Sure enough, they had doubled to about 50 Mbps.  A few days ago, our modem dropped a few times.  Now it's back down to about 25 Mbps and I noticed the channels aren't bonding at all:

This is a Motorola SBG6580 that I've had on the account for quite a while.  Any ideas?

It appears the additional channels are not pulling any signal based on the logs, which would either be a software issue with the modem or signal. With the SB6580 are the 2nd and 3rd lights from the top solid green or blue for upstream and downstream?
