I usually just ignore them. Otherwise it depends on where the phishing email came from. If its from a Cox IP (you can see in the header) then forward it to abuse@cox.net  If its from a non Cox IP (or you don't know) then send it to phishingreport@cox.net . Just be sure to send the offending email as a attachment so it includes the email headers.  If you don't know what a IP or email header is, then I revert to my first suggestion; ignore it. :-)

To further add to that, emails to phishingreport@cox.net should be sent as attachments.  That way the headers are preserved and the processing engine can actually see the message in it's original form.
