paying bill online
Why wouldn't the Cox website let me on to pay my bill the day it was due. The website states that I should be able to pay my bill 24-7. I had to wait untill the day after the bill was due before I could finnaly get on. I am probably looking at my first late fee. I might just cancel if that happens. I am not happy with this Cox Website.

What kept you from logging in before? What was the error or message? If the inability to make a payment via the online system was on Cox's end, I would think they would gladly reinburse the late fee. Try giving their billing a call? In the mean time, can you log in now?
