Cox Internet has been down in Surprise, AZ for over 12 hours... Automated tech support can go fly a kite... Would be nice if a real human being could be available to tell us what's going on...

I'm not seeing any known issue in AZ at this time. Are you having a problem with all your services or just internet? What lights are solid on your modem? Is the cable straight from the wall to the modem or is there a splitter?
