Oops How did I do that. I accidently turned off video

I use Microsoft internet explorer 8. I accidently turned off the video feeds. On the cox home page it lists news events with video shown with the news story. I did something that turned off the video. each news story has a black screen. I have tried cox support x 2 but got no results. Can anyone please help?? Thanks Trinitee
