Only getting max download of 33 Mbps with new DOCSIS 3 Motorola SB6183
I have premier plan
previously have an older modem( DOCSIS 2.0
which i replace with sb6163 motorola modem
computer is conected to de modem
Am I provisioned properly for the new DOCSIS 3 modem?
can you re-provision my modem?

I have the SAME EXACT problem. Cox is 50/50 on my calls fixing it or suggesting a tech to come out.

I've checked and your modem is provisioned correctly. Please sign in to http://bit.ly/CoxSpeedTest and run a test on a pc wired to the gateway so we can review the results.

Speeds are now looking right about where they should be however I do see some possible signal problems when I check the modem from this. If you have anymore problems it may be time to have a technician come and troubleshoot further.
