On-Demand Movies/New Releases

New to forum so excuse any mistakes.  I have appt. w/Cox for this weekend, but just want to know if anyone has recently experienced this problem On-Demand.  I can access all On-Demand programming--except as of five days ago, when I go to Movies/New Releases (non-HD).  At that point it never gets past the 0% and the yellow light keeps flashing across the bars, but it never completes the download of all the movies. This is the case on my Scientific Atlanta non-HD DVR.  In a relative's room they have a HD cable cox and can access HD New Releases, but not standard New Releases either.  Same problem on both boxes.  When I called Tech Support the first three times they told me it is a "community" issue Cox is working to correct.  The last tech said that wasn't the case, so he set me up with an appointment this weekend.  Sorry for this long message but I've had Cox for years and never experienced a problem where I got all On-Demand Options to download except for Movies/New Releases.

Hi TVAddict,

I am following up on this for you to see if I can be a liaison if there is no point of contact directly for customers to speak with them.  I am currently awaiting a reply from the leadership team.
