OnDemand hasn't updated in a week!

Last month OnDemand wasn't updated for two weeks (see the postings ending 08/16/14) and this month the last update on all of the PrimeTime and Free Zone channels was last Tuesday (Sept. 2, 2014). I've done the "unplug, wait and then plug back in" routine daily but nothing has changed. I've called friends in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Portsmouth and they received any updates either. Can you check with the technicians and see when we can expect to receive the updates? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
