on demand

Ive been trying to watch shows on demand for a week now and every time it I click on a show it loads for about a minute and then tells me to come back later. This has been on all of my primetime channels, I haven't even attempted the premiums. Anyone have any ideas aside from resetting the system, which I've done a few times already?

I can help, but I'll need a bit more information. Does your cable box connect directly to the cable outlet via the coaxial cable or is there a splitter?  Please ensure all coaxial connections are finger tight, and if possible bypass any splitters between the box and the wall. Are you having any problems watching live TV?

Straight cable connection. No problem with live tv. I checked all the cables and made sure they were tight. Still no luck, got any other ideas?

It is a Cox issue. I've had multiple confirmations.

Don't bother rebooting your box.
